Conflict Minerals Sourcing Policy
Columbite-tantalite (coltan), cassiterite, wolframite and gold, or their derivatives, including tantalum, tin, tungsten and cobalt, originating from the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and adjoining countries are sometimes mined and sold by armed groups to finance unfair labor practices or human rights violations. Some of these minerals and/or derivatives can make their way into the supply chains of the products used around the world.
We don’t directly purchase any conflict minerals. Application metals: gold (Au), tantalum (Ta),tungsten (W), tin (Sn), cobalt (Co). But our products contain conflict minerals. In support of this sourcing policy, we will:
1. We make sure with venders that they are not using the minerals sourcing from the armed groups in the Eastern region of the Democratic Republic of Congo(DRC) and adjoining countries.
2. We make sure with venders that their suppliers are not using the minerals sourcing from the armed groups in the Eastern region of the Democratic Republic of Congo(DRC) and adjoining countries.
3. Communicate our ethical and sustainable sourcing policy to our suppliers, employees, customers and investors.
